GUIDELINE FOR THE INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC CONFERENCE ON THE TOPIC; “ART STUDIES, FINE ART, DESIGN, TECHNOLOGY EDUCATION OF THE DIGITAL ERA”

ONE. CONFERENCE PURPOSE
Promote international cultural and artistic values, share our unique experiences, do collaborative research, expand our continued collaboration, and research the latest trends and education methodology issues in fine art, design, and technology.
TWO. CONFERENCE DIRECTIONS
The international academic conference will be organized in the following main areas:
- Art studies
- Fine art education
- Design, Engineering drawing education
- Technology Education
THREE. CONFERENCE ORGANIZATION
The international academic conference will be held on September 29, 2023, at the ‘A’ Building of the Mongolian National University of Education:
Room 300: Art studies branch session
Room 205: Art education branch session
Materials for the international scientific conference will be accepted until August 20th, 2023 through the following address.

The official language of the international academic conference is English. Conference presentations will be presented in 10-12 minutes.
Poster presentations will be placed in conference rooms.
FOUR. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PRESENTATIONS
1. Papers and Presentations will only be accepted in English.
2. Papers should contain an introduction, keywords, abstract, body, results, and references
3. Papers should be between 5-8 pages on A4 paper.
4. Abstracts should start within an indented space and fit within 3-5 lines; keywords should start with an indented space and contain 4-6 words.
5. The title of the paper should be written in capital letters in the center of the first page and the pages should not be numbered. In the right corner of the line after the title, there will be the author's initials, and first name, followed by the name of the department and branch school in parentheses.
6. Write in Times New Roman font, size 11, line spacing 1.5 lines, 1-inch (2.54 cm) space on all four sides of the page.
7. All references and quotations and ideas used from other authors' works must follow the American Psychological Association (APA) citation guideline. For more information about APA format, please refer to the website http://www.apastyle.org/ and the APA FORMAT
section of the ACADEMICS /RESEARCH section of the MNUE English website http://msue.edu.mn/en/.
8. In the bibliography, should be written in the following order; the name of the author, the first initial of the surname, the year of publication, the name of the book, article, legal document, and the place or city of publication.
FIVE. FEES
1. The full-time participant in the international academic conference shall be responsible for travel expenses and accommodation expenses.
2. $50 for absentee participation in IAC and publication of an article in a journal. (₮50,000 for Mongolians)
