Faculty members and researchers from Nagoya University, Japan, visited the Mongolian National University of Education (MNUE) from January 14–16, 2026.
MNUE President J. Batbaatar, Head of the Foreign Relations Department G. Tsogzolmaa, and B. Myagmarjav, Head of the Department of Primary Education and Methodology at the Teacher Training School, welcomed Professor Hitoshi Kaneko (Ph.D), Director of the Center for Psychological Development and Support Studies; Professor Kenji Nomura (Ph.D); researcher Kana Yokoyama (Ph.D); and researcher Taku Ito for an official meeting.
During the meeting, the parties discussed expanding cooperation based on MNUE’s Center for Child Development Support, attracting research investment, supporting the Mongolian Tanaka-Bine Child Research Project, and broadening the application of training and research-based innovative products.
They also explored the possibility of implementing a joint project with the Institute of Educational Research on methodologies for working with children with learning difficulties.
