Based on Section 3.2.2 of the comprehensive initiative “Three Pillars Policy for Teachers,” Section 4.6.2 of the Charter of the Mongolian National University of Education, the University’s Strategic Plan (2025–2030), and Section 4.3 of the 2025–2026 Performance Plan, the Training and Cooperation Office of MNUE organized a professional development training program for graduating teacher education students from April 30 to May 7, 2026. A total of 604 students from two branch schools and seven constituent schools participated in the training.During the training, scholars and faculty members of the university, as well as invited graduate teachers and researchers from different generations, delivered inspiring presentations to students on topics such as the competency framework for beginning teachers at MNUE, teachers’ continuous professional development, and teacher career development. They shared their knowledge and experiences, providing motivation and encouragement to the students. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all guest speakers who delivered presentations.
